WA MINE SURVEYING SEMINAR
The Surveying & Spatial Sciences Institute (SSSI) and the Australian Institute of Mine Surveyors (AIMS) held the annual WA Mine Surveying Seminar in Perth earlier this month. The day was attended by over 90 professionals and featured presentations on a number of topic areas including automation technology, control and monitoring, adding value to our profession and building furture capacity and capability.

Join us to find out how geospatial digital twins are more than a fancy visualisation!
Today’s information rich world has given rise to ‘digital twins’ but what does it look like in operation? This seminar will provide you with an opportunity to hear from professionals that are putting the concept of a digital twin to use and expanding its concept to more than just a pretty visualisation.
This event, hosted at Main Roads WA's head office, will explore how the digital twin is built into an information model, the role of spatial to help deliver insights and support decisions and the value it is generating for others.
