Queensland

The SSSI QLD region provides members with an active network within which to maintain professional knowledge and technical skills, as well as to meet fellow like-minded professionals and to share experience in the spatial profession. This is a region run by members for the benefit of members.

The QLD Region is organised into three main geographical regions – Southern, Central and Northern Groups, with meetings and conferences organised by local volunteer groups.

The QLD Region is made up of the following active Volunteer Member Committees:

  • Main - QLD Regional Committee
  • Sub - QLD Land Surveying Commission Committee
  • Sub - QLD Spatial Information & Cartography Commission Committee

To ensure you get the best out of your membership, you are invited to participate in our conferences, committees, or your chosen Commission. Throughout the year we provide a number of opportunities for you to enhance your professional skills by presenting a paper, chairing a meeting or participating in a forum.

The QLD Regional Committee meets monthly and welcomes your suggestions to improve services to members.

SSSI QLD Sustaining Partners

QLD Region thanks our Sustaining Partners whose contribution to the Region is invaluable.
